Ingredient Notes
Onion: It is the main ingredient. I have used sweet onion. You can substitute it with different flavors of onions.
Wheat Flour: Adds a crunchy texture. You can replace it with breadcrumbs.
Eggs: It helps to bind the flour mixture.
Paprika: We used sweet paprika which gives a hot and sweet flavor.
Garlic: Use fresh garlic instead of store-bought garlic powder. Both work well with this dish.
Greek Yogurt: It consists of low-fat contents. We used this item to maintain the points.

Tips
Dip the onion in cold or simple tap water for half an hour to reduce its bitter taste.
Coat the onion with gentle hands otherwise its petals will fall.
Remove its extra coating before baking or air fryer.
Enjoy it with other sauces like ketchup, low-fat mayonnaise, and horseradish.
Storage Information
Refrigerator: Store the onion in tight boxes and refrigerate it for 4-5 days.
Freezer: We can’t freeze it because it will give a pungent smell. Moreover, the texture of the dish will be destroyed after freezing.
