Ingredients:
For the Steak:
- 2 lbs beef sirloin or flank steak (sliced into thin strips)

- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 yellow onion (sliced)

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (sugar-free)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste (low-carb)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced, optional)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
For Thickening (Optional):
- 1 tbsp xanthan gum (for keto)
Instructions:
- Prep the Ingredients:
- Slice the beef, bell peppers, and onions into thin strips.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and beef broth.
- Assemble the Crock Pot:
- Place the sliced beef at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add the bell peppers and onions on top.
