Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury No Sugar Added Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 (15 oz) can of pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 cup water

- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, canned pumpkin, water, and spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg). Stir until fully combined. The batter will be thick.

- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
