Instructions:

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix applesauce, melted butter, brown sugar substitute, granulated sugar substitute, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine: Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Form Cookies: Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Add sprinkles if desired.
  6. Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.
