Sugar:
Adapt the amount of sweetness level of your latte to your preference.
Vanilla Extract:
It improves the taste and adds a touch of sweetness.

Pumpkin Pie Spice:

Use for a warm flavor touch.

I use espresso coffee. But, any strong-flavored coffee will work. You can use caffeine-free as well.

Decorate the latte with Fat-free Whipped Cream and pumpkin pie spice.

During cooking, mix well until it boils.
After boiling, turn down the burner hob and set aside the saucepan.
Next, add pumpkin spice and vanilla extract to the same saucepan.
Then, blend with an immersion blender or whisk well with a wire whisk until smooth.
After that, transfer into two cups.
Then, decorate it with fat-free Whipped Cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.

Variations

Dairy-free:
You can replace the fat-free whipped cream with Coco Whip.
Pumpkin:
Use pumpkin puree instead of pumpkin butter. Add an extra quantity of pumpkin pie spice or sweetness to achieve the same flavor.
Sweetener:
Different sweetener options like honey or maple syrup can be used as an alternative to granulated sugar. For a sugar-free pumpkin spicy latte, use sugar-free maple syrup or monk fruit, which has no calories or net carbohydrates.
For extra stronger flavor:

You can double the amount of Espresso coffee to make it stronger.
Pumpkin pie spice:
Use alternatives like a pinch of nutmeg and grounded cinnamon.
Serving Ideas
You can enjoy this latte with cream cheese pumpkin muffins, mini pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, pumpkin bread, or pumpkin-baked oatmeal.
