🧀 Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Optional: shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, or hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Mix the cooked sausage with the softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
    • Optional: Add shredded cheddar, chopped green onions, or a splash of hot sauce.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll up each crescent from the wide end to the point, sealing in the filling.
  7. Place crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 11–13 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and watch them disappear 😋

Tips:

  • Make ahead and reheat in the oven or air fryer for a crispy finish.
  • These freeze well! Just reheat from frozen at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
