Keto Pizza Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
• 1/4 cup marinara sauce, sugar-free
• Italian seasoning, to taste
• Garlic powder, to taste
Directions:
8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
9. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg until beaten.
10. Add shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the bowl, mixing until combined.
11. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
12. Sprinkle chopped pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the cheese layer.
13. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and slightly golden.
14. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Carefully roll up the cheese layer tightly, starting from one end.
15. Slice the roll into pieces and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
