
🧀 Keto Chicken Cheese Bake

🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for more fat)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
🔪 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear chicken in a hot skillet with olive oil or butter (about 3–4 min per side) until golden brown. Set aside.
- Make cheese sauce:
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 min.
- Lower heat and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until melted and smooth.
- Add parmesan, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Stir until creamy and well combined.
- Assemble:
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour cheese sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 75°C) and cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot!
