
🥓 Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups

🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts (thinly sliced or pounded flat)
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing (choose low-carb or homemade)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Toothpicks or kitchen twine for securing
🔪 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare chicken:
Season chicken slices with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. - Mix filling:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. - Assemble roll-ups:
Spread a layer of filling onto each chicken slice. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or twine. - Bake:
Place roll-ups seam-side down in the baking dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly. - Optional broil:
