🥓 Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (thinly sliced or pounded flat)
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing (choose low-carb or homemade)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine for securing

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare chicken:
    Season chicken slices with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix filling:
    In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
  4. Assemble roll-ups:
    Spread a layer of filling onto each chicken slice. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or twine.
  5. Bake:
    Place roll-ups seam-side down in the baking dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Optional broil:
    For a crispy top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
