Ingredients
2 pounds russet potatoes about 4 small or 3 medium
▢2 tablespoons olive oil
▢½ teaspoon table salt
▢½ teaspoon garlic powder
▢½ teaspoon ground pepper
▢½ teaspoon paprika
▢pinch of cayenne pepper
▢Parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into ¼ inch slices.
- Add the potatoes to a bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Add potato slices and cook for 25-28 minutes. Shake every 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley when they are done and serve
