🧀 Keto Chicken Cheese Bake

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for more fat)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear chicken in a hot skillet with olive oil or butter (about 3–4 min per side) until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. Make cheese sauce:
    • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 min.
    • Lower heat and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until melted and smooth.
    • Add parmesan, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
    • Stir until creamy and well combined.
  5. Assemble:
    • Place chicken in a baking dish.
    • Pour cheese sauce over the chicken.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 75°C) and cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot!
