Ingredients:
For the Dough:

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 large eggs
For Topping:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh rosemary or basil (optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan with olive oil.
- Make the Dough:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese (about 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway).
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs and melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
- Shape the Dough:
- Transfer the dough to the prepared skillet. Press evenly using oiled hands.
