Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh rosemary or basil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prepare:
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan with olive oil.
  2. Make the Dough:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese (about 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway).
    • In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
    • Add the eggs and melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
  3. Shape the Dough:
    • Transfer the dough to the prepared skillet. Press evenly using oiled hands.
  4. Add Toppings:
    • Drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake:
